The following are a few examples of my typography, illustration, and light animation work that showcases how I use my eye for design and training to create print and digital material for brands, events, or people. Some of my clients include music artists and brands and this page highlights a few. For mock designs, I picked existing brands to design for and included screenshots of their social media as a guide to their brand identity and how well I stuck to their themes or aesthetics.
SIDE PIECE COVER ART
Designs I came up with for the cover art for Danish's collaborative hyper pop song. I wanted to add popular elements derived from the music genre, like bubble lettering and bright, trippy colors. I included several design iterations along with the final design I completed.
LOCAL COFFEE SHOP PROMO
A promotional poster created for a seasonal drink from a locally-owned San Diego coffee shop. I illustrated the drink and analyzed and found their typefaces to use for a uniform, cohesive look that fits with their branding.
LOCAL PLANT SHOP PROMO
A design created to promote a popular plant nursery chain in San Diego, Pigment. I illustrated the plants and went with a '70s retro aesthetic that fits their branding and the products they sell.
